Enamel bowls
Enamel bowls are made using a technique called 'spatula shibori', where the bowl is shaped using the strength of the human arm. This bowl made by Noda Enamel Co. uses the highest quality acid-resistant class AA glaze, so it is safe to use as a pickle container.
If the bowl starts to show signs of rusting, such as needle marks from the firing process or the cut edges, rub some olive oil into a soft cloth.
If rust appears, rub some olive oil into a soft cloth and wipe with a dry cloth.
